Hoy estamos metidos en la rutina de los últimos meses, yendo y viniendo al hospital e incluso comiendo en el hospital. Hoy Alden preparo unos espaguetis con salsa bolognesa y como Marcos no se durmió cuando esperábamos, Alden trajo la comida al hospital y comimos en el comedor que hay en el primer piso.
Hoy Nick, el hijo de Rudy y Mo, vio a Marcos por primera vez a través de una ventada de UCI, vamos a ver cuales serán sus pensamientos sobre nuestro pequeñito.
Marcos ha bajado de peso, pero esta comiendo regularmente de nuevo y todo parece indicar que lo van a operar el jueves en la mañana en el hospital de niños, esperamos contar con sus oraciones.
Today we have slipped back into the NICU routine of the last few months – going to, coming from, and eating at the hospital. Alden prepared an amazing spaghetti dish [emphasis – Alden] and brought it to the hospital to eat since Marcos didn’t sleep when we wanted him to sleep.
This evening Nick (Rudy and Mo’s son) saw Marcos for the first time through the NICU window…not sure what he thought of Marcos…but likely just wondering if Marcos will be sharp enough to learn his basketball moves.
Marcos lost weight, but is eating regularily again and everything seems set for the hernia operation on Thursday at the Children’s Hospital – we ask for your prayers.
