Alden and I are beaming with delight as we are now “three” in our apartment. Marcos arrived this afternoon at 2, after saying his final goodbyes to the nurses. It is wonderful finally spending an evening at home and most importantly having Marcos by our side. We were crying with joy when we hugged our little guy upon arriving. The dream has come true.
Alden y yo estamos que no cabemos de la dicha, ¡ya somos 3 en casa! Marcos llego a nuestro apartamento hoy a las 2 de la tarde, después de pasar su última noche despidiéndose de las enfermeras. Es bueno poder pasar una noche sin tener que ir al hospital y sobretodo tenerlo (a Marcos) cerquita. Alden y yo estábamos llorando de felicidad cuando lo abrazamos aquí en el apartamento. Este es un sueño hecho realidad.
What great news you guys! I've been following your journey a bit here and there, and am so delighted to hear how well he is doing! We praise God with you and will continue to remember you all as you adjust to life as 3!
